Sandra has applied a Hand Beaded bezel to the nearly clear blueish green stone used as the centepiece of this art brooch. The base for the beading is a non-woven poly-mesh. The work is finished with an Ultrasuede backing and more hand worked beads, and the pin has a nickel plated, locking, pin mechanism. It measures approx. 7/8" by 1 1/2".
