Hand woven, this straight necked, lined, green stole has a warp of 80% silk and 20% wool, and a custom twined weft of 50% silk, 25% rayon, and 25% cotton. The lining, a manufactured 100% silk Habatoi, is hand painted specifically for this piece. The crosses are inlaid with variegated hand-dyed silk, cotton and metallic threads. The stole measures 5 3/8" by 120", including a 9" fringe, which can be trimmed to suit. The finish work on the lining is beautifully hand sewn.
